Supporting Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter

Following the successful Heli-House build in 2017 (a whopping $142,000 was raised), Mitre 10 Mega’s helping hands programme is doing it all over again in 2019! Proudly supported by many local companies, the 12 week building project commences in September. With the home going under the hammer by Summit Real Estate on Saturday 14th of December. Throughout the build, local Nelson businesses will be donating products and services, and their time and energy to build a state-of-the-art three bedroom home fit for a family, retirees, and first home owners too! With all proceeds going to the Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter Endowment Trust, the Helicopter-House Build is a project that benefits the community and generations to come.
Safe Hire were pleased to donate the hire of our temporary fencing to secure the site.
